Japan's ANA Holdings looks to raise $3.2bn in added funding

Following rival JAL Group, which successfully raised JPY182.7 billion yen (USD1.5 billion), ANA Holdings has announced it will hold a share offering of its own aimed at raising JPY332 billion (USD3.2 billion). A stock exchange filing said it would offer 126,310,000 common shares of which 91,310,000 have been allocated to Japanese investors. Another 30,440,000 common shares have been reserved for foreign investors who can also access a further 4,560,000 additional shares upon exercise of the option....
